No monthly contracts. No call centers. Just a local technician who quotes you up front and fixes what's broken.
If any of these sound like your business, you are not alone — and you do not have to keep living with them.
Machines that take five minutes to boot. Programs that freeze at the worst time. Wasted hours adding up every week.
Something goes wrong and you are stuck Googling fixes between customers — or paying a stranger by the hour to maybe figure it out.
Years of files, customer info, accounting records — all on one machine, with no real backup. One bad day away from a real problem.
Everyday tech help, not enterprise managed services. Hourly, project-based, and quoted up front.
Slow computers, software issues, virus removal, new device setup. Real fixes, not endless support tickets.
Router setup, dead-spot troubleshooting, getting your devices to actually stay connected.
Setup, configuration, and the inevitable "why won't it print" troubleshooting.
Account setup, mail issues, calendar sync, getting your team set up cleanly.
I'll help you set up automatic backup using Google Drive, OneDrive, or Backblaze. You own the account, you control the data.
Thinking about a new system, software, or upgrade? I'll give you honest advice before you spend money.
No contracts. No monthly fees. You pay for the work I do, and I tell you what it costs before I start.
First visit is on me. I'll look at what's bugging you and tell you honestly whether it's something I can help with, what it would cost, and how long it would take. No pressure, no upsell.
For ongoing or open-ended work. One-hour minimum. I track time honestly and stop the clock the moment we're done.
For defined jobs like new computer setup, office Wi-Fi install, or point-of-sale configuration, I'll give you a flat-rate quote before any work starts. You know exactly what it costs. No surprises.
SacManaged Tech is run by Ratu Tuisawau — Google IT Support certified, currently studying for CompTIA Network+ and Security+, and enrolled at Sacramento City College in their cybersecurity program.
I started SacManaged Tech because I noticed Sacramento small businesses kept getting stuck between two bad options: pay an enterprise managed services provider hundreds of dollars a month for stuff they don't really use, or Google fixes between customers and hope nothing breaks badly.
I'm a third option. Hourly help when you need it, honest quotes for projects, no contracts. I tell you what I can do and what I can't. When something is outside what I'm qualified for, I'll tell you and point you somewhere good.
What I do well: computer fixes, Wi-Fi and networking basics, email and Microsoft 365, new device setup, software help, honest tech advice.
What I don't do: enterprise security audits, server administration, regulated-industry compliance work, anything that requires a specialist license. I'll tell you up front when something is over my head.
If yours isn't here, just send it through the contact form — usually answered same day.
No. There are no monthly fees and no contracts. You pay for the work I do.
A 30-minute look at whatever's bothering you. I'll tell you honestly what I see, whether I can fix it, what it would cost, and how long it would take. If I can't help, I'll tell you and try to point you somewhere good.
$75/hour, one-hour minimum. For defined projects, I'll quote a flat rate up front so you know the total cost before I start.
I'll stop and tell you before going over what we agreed on. You decide whether to keep going. No surprise charges.
Only me, and only what's needed to do the specific job you've asked me to do. I don't store passwords or take admin access I don't need.
